MN Treats
Last week I shared a peek at the gifts I made for my friends in MN. Here's a better look at them.
I started with cards...
I made ruffled crepe paper, and added ephemera, buttons, ribbons, and little trinkets.

And tags...
That I tucked inside handkerchief "envelopes," filled with goodies.
I made ruffled crepe paper, and added ephemera, buttons, ribbons, and little trinkets.
I folded the handkerchief into an envelope, added a couple of small stitches to secure, and then folded down the front flap and secured with a button and pin. Easy peasy.
I need to take photos of all the goodies I brought home with me - my suitcases were PACKED!

Oh how I love your beautiful cards and projects here. I like the appearance of the crows as well. Hope you have a lovely weekend coming up, and happy creating.
I feel like I should be muttering, "I'm late, I'm late.." Oh my word! They were JAM PACKED with loads of trinkets and lovelies! It was so much fun to open it, with your lovely card then the hankie evvelope and the goodies! So much fun, you have no idea how much I love it all! (and can I get any more exclamation marks in there?)
Hope you had a good time while visiting us. And you had good luck at the sales on Saturday. I would think that would be just the right area for some wonderful finds. It was so much fun to see you, and how that I have a computer safely under my protection, hopefully I will be better at keeping in touch. I feel like I miss so many wonderful ideas while I am away.
Glad you came back, it was a good Bonanza. Hope you had fun and can't wait to see what you create with your new treasures!
Kate
Oh, how sweet are those handkerchief pockets???!! What fabulous little treasure holders. Love your cards, too, and that ruffled crepe paper you made is fantastic. :)
