Christmas with Webster's Part 2

Yesterday I shared three Christmas cards I made using the Webster's Pages Petite Papers. Here are three more cards that I made using the same papers.

For this first card, I used a sheet of the paper that I distressed, tearing a small section at the top. Behind the torn area, I placed a scrap of another Webster's paper that I accordian folded for dimension. To embellish the tree on the paper, I glued several sequins in different colors. The "be merry" title was created using Webster's alphas. I added a piece of vintage lace along the edge to complete this card.

For this next card, I went a little crazy with the embellishments. I added Tim Holtz Tarnished Brass Crackle Paint here and there around the edge. To the tree on the paper, I added white Pearl Accents. The star is a textured piece of Tim Holtz grunge board. I painted it with a gold paint dabber, then added brown distress ink. The sentiment is written using a calligraphy pen on vellum.

Lastly, my "swan lake" card was created using a full sheet of the patterned paper. In the center, I added  a glittered K&Co frame, backed with vintage sheet music. I cut a piece of vellum to almost fit the center of the frame (I wanted the sheet music to peek out a bit), then added a K&Co rub-on greeting. I added Antique Linen Distress Ink around the entire card.

The Webster's products are so beautiful and inspiring, I am almost afraid to take scissors to them!

Don't forget - you have until noon CT today to enter my prize drawing. See Tuesday's post below for details.
