Glittered Delight
I bought this glittered Merry Christmas sign so I could alter it and make it prettier. I removed the shiny gold thread hanger and replaced it with cream seam binding and lace trim.
Then I made a layered rosette using sating ribbon, gathered tulle, old ledger paper, and a sparkly snowflake.
The rosette turned out to be my favorite part! I love the color combination and want to make a few more.

Wow! I am in LOVE with this!!
Hi Erica
Thanks for visiting my blog. You made and received some wonderful ornaments for the swap.
I really like what you did by adding the rosette to this piece. It made it super special.
I was in a local gift/floral store this morning and saw the Merry Christmas sign. Now you have me thinking I should have bought one.
Hugs

that Rosette is gorgeous, and the complete sign looks so pretty =D
