Merci!
I recently hosted an ATC swap with several categories. I wanted to give a little something to the participants to thank them for joining, so I made some French-inspired tags.
For the other tags, I used the black and gold fleur de lis paper as my base and added a pink scrap to make the scallop-edge punched image of Marie Antoinette stand out. I again added the typed "Merci" to the tag. A little ruffled trim and pink ribbon topper complete these tags.
I used a Paris themed paper for some of the tags. It has a great collage of vintage ephemera, so I didn't want to add a lot to it. I added a strip of Tim Holtz's tissue tape and a scallop-edged circle punched from beautiful Mariposa paper with a gold fleur de lis pattern. I typed "Merci" on cardstock and adhered it to the circle. A black satin ribbon tops off this tag.
