Day 2 of the Countdown to Christmas!
Here is the matchbox I made:
I made some little felt stocking ornaments for the nieces and nephew. I'd love to have a Christmas tree with all white ornaments.

And the matchbox I received from Sandi Collins:
I made some little felt stocking ornaments for the nieces and nephew. I'd love to have a Christmas tree with all white ornaments.
I started with sheets of white felt and cut out a stocking shape. Then I stitched a quick seam around each, stuffed with filler, and then closed up the top. I decorated each with a cuff of vintage lace or trim and attached a white seam biding hanger and bow. I inked some jewelry tags and typed each child's name and year and attached to the tags. Finally, I added mica flakes for vintage sparkle.
